This property has southern exposure that always maintains a warm pool are for you to enjoy. Inside, you will find a very large updated kitchen to entertain you and your guests. This home has been completely updated from tiled bathrooms, granite kitchen, and new appliances. The master suite has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom is setup as a kids room with 4 single beds. Additionally, there is a queen pullout couch.

Ideally located between great night life and day fun. Enjoy Vanderbilt beach that is close by and all the restaurants and night life that is walkable. The home is spacious with southern exposure and a large heated pool. The backyard always seems warm no matter what the temperature with low wind and full sun. The kids room sleeps 4 and there is a queen pullout in the living room. All the bedrooms are spacious along with. Please note! Cameras are only located at front door and pool area.

You’ll be asked to agree to these house rules before booking:

Absolutely No Parties.

Absolutely No Smoking (Indoors OR in the pool area) – If you smoke inside, the entire security deposit will be forfeited, and we may pursue additional reimbursement if furniture must be replaced.

No illegal drug use.

You must be over 21 to book our house.

We’ll require you to sign a rental contract and provide a copy of your driver’s license (or passport/state ID) before your booking will be confirmed.

Noise monitors do not record data but will notify me of excessive noise levels.

While our neighborhood is quite safe, we have security cameras overlooking the front door and the pool areas.

No overnight guests who are not counted on the booking (an insurance requirement).

No parking cars on the street, or boats/RVs/trailers on the street.

No illegal downloading or use of torrent sites on the house Wi-Fi (speed may slow dramatically as a network security measure).

A $100 charge will be added after check out if the grill requires cleaning after your visit.

Trash should be taken out Sunday night.

If items are broken or missing after check out, the replacement cost will be deducted from the security deposit if you don’t leave a replacement.

Towels and dishes should be washed before check out; if extra housekeeping time is required for us to handle these things, a cleaning charge may be deducted from the security deposit.

Flexible, guests get a full refund if they cancel up to a day before check-in.

Long-term rental cancellation policy

Strict, full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
